FREELANCER _ TALENT AGREEMENT

This agreement applies to all freelancers (“Talent”) using TalentSprout.

Independent Contractor Status

Freelancers are independent contractors, not employees of TalentSprout.

Project Responsibility

• Deliver work as per agreed scope and timelines
• Maintain professionalism and quality

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Project IP belongs to the company after payment
• TalentSprout retains platform-related IP

Confidentiality

Freelancers must not disclose company or project-related confidential information.

Termination

TalentSprout may suspend or remove talent for misconduct or repeated poor performance.
