REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy outlines refund and cancellation rules for TalentSprout services.
Company Payments
- Payments once made are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered if service was not delivered due to platform fault
- Refunds may be considered if the project was not initiated at all
Project Cancellation
- Companies may cancel projects before assignment
- No refunds once a freelancer starts work
Freelancer Payouts
- Payments are released only after successful project completion
- Disputes may delay payouts until resolution
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
