Platform Role
TalentSprout is a technology platform that connects companies with freelance talent. We are not an employer or employment agency.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the platform ethically and legally
Prohibited Activities
- Fraud, plagiarism, or misrepresentation
- Sharing false credentials
- Circumventing platform payments
Payments
Companies pay TalentSprout for services. Payments to freelancers are subject to project completion and platform rules.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Limitation of Liability
TalentSprout is not responsible for:
- Project outcomes beyond platform facilitation
- Disputes between users
- Loss of income or opportunity
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction
Courts of India.
